OnePlus continues rolling out the latest Android security patch to its devices in addition to preparation for the OxygenOS 15 launch. In a recent development, the Chinese tech giant has released the September 2024 Android security update for the OnePlus Nord 2 and Nord CE 2.

OnePlus Nord 2 gets September 2024 update in Europe and India, Nord CE 2 in India only

As per the information, the OnePlus Nord 2 gets the latest September 2024 update in India and Europe, while the OnePlus Nord CE 2 gets it in India only. With more regions and devices, the company will soon start to roll out in the coming days.

OnePlus Nord 2 and Nord CE 2 smartphone users can identify this latest update with OxygenOS build number DN2101_11.F.53 and  IV2201_11.F.56 in India, respectively. Plus, the OnePlus Nord 2 in Europe gets this with DN2103_11.F.53 version number.

The Changelog reveals that the latest OxygenOS update only brings the latest September 2024 security update for both devices. However, we can expect that is update will fix some bugs that affect users’ experience after the last build. However, this update does not bring any new features but we can expect that this update may bring some common improvements and features.
